NAFFCO MODULAR manufactures volumetric 3D structural modules for the Construction industry, promising unparalleled design, asset value, and longevity for our healthcare clients. Their disruptive, next-generation modular building solutions empower healthcare institutes to build better, faster, easier and more cost effectively, and in a sustainable way. The client wished to facilitate a successful new business drive with the creation of a new, fresher looking range of marketing communication. They needed a new Corporate Brochure for business development managers to use as a sales tool, in addition to being distributed throughout exhibition campaigns.

Our task was to develop a brand identity that would quickly and effectively communicate their vital message to healthcare institutions across the Middle East. To increase brand awareness and cement NAFFCO’s place in the healthcare sector, Branex proposed a 24-page brochure, with a clear, consistent and compelling layout, delineating the importance of modular design in the healthcare sector, the products on offer and the NAFFCO advantage. The focus was on keeping the brochure neat and functional, friendly and informative, with positive user experience supported by solid composition and visual hierarchy, sharp and high-res imagery, and thoughtful content arrangement. Clean lines signified movement, while subtle vehicular elements signified the ease of transporting modular structures on road; reflecting the core USP of modular construction. Clean, white space was also used widely to create a more technical perception. A blue palate was used profusely throughout the design in line with the brand guidelines and to symbolize trustworthiness, dependability, and security – emotions that potential healthcare clients will look for in companies they trust with their property.
An Immersive Experience
The new brochure was successfully aligned to the company brand, increasing brand awareness within the target markets. Despite the short deadline, we delivered considered, clever and compelling copy and supportive imagery that communicated the key message with empathy and clarity. As usual, Branex displayed excellent project execution; being on brand, on budget and with a high level of communication and professionalism!
