Problem Statement
TheThe First Group was looking for a streamlined way to increase footfall in their hotels.
They were looking for a portal-based solution to create a system where agents could be rewarded for their efforts in driving hotel bookings while also building loyalty to the brand. Without a structured loyalty rewards mechanism, the company experienced a roadblock in tracing performance, ensuring fair incentives & sustained long-term engagement with partners.
Proposed Solution
Branex came up with a robust portal-based solution tailored to The First Group’s needs. The portal allowed bookers and travel agents to earn loyalty reward points based on their booking activities. These points could then be redeemed for hotel stays, creating a seamless reward cycle that boosted engagement and incentivized repeat performance. At the core, the solution featured a powerful Super Admin Panel with multiple interactive functionalities for monitoring users, managing rewards, and generating performance reports, ensuring that both The First Group and its partners benefited from a transparent and rewarding ecosystem.
The user management section offers options to create, edit and manage booker and travel agent profiles. If you’re in the admin role, you can also approve or reject profile requests. You can further ensure role-based access control for different user types accordingly.
The company management tab allows the admin user to manage partner companies and travel agencies. It creates a centralized control for adding new business accounts or updating existing ones based on the growing hoteling ecosystem.
The hotel management feature is where admin can access & maintain an up-to-date hotel database. It gives users the opportunity to add or edit property (hotel and room) details, and for different hotels on-panel.
The rewards and management screen is where Admin can perform action on the different reward types. They can easily define and manage loyalty reward structures, track earned points, redeem rewards and approve redemption requests.
The Contact Us section contains the necessary information of the people associated with The First Group Hospitality. It contains contact info. Of people associated with The First Group such as stakeholders.
The Agent Admin Panel mirrors many of the core features of the Super Admin Panel but with limited access, providing agents with only the tools and permissions relevant to their role.
