Problem Statement

Business Pal identified a growing market demand for a centralized ecommerce hub where multiple brands can connect with customers through a single, unified platform. However, they lacked the technical expertise, strategic direction, and infrastructure required to transform this vision into a scalable, high-performing digital marketplace.
